Breakfast is served around a large communal table in the dining room.
We ask guests to let us know what time they would like breakfast, which is normally served between 8am and 9am, although we are always willing to accommodate those who require an earlier start to the day.
We offer a full English breakfast which is home-cooked on our aga during most of the year except for the summer months. We do appreciate however that some guests prefer a lighter breakfast and we are always able to accommodate vegetarians, vegans or those with different dietary needs.
Our full english breakfast:
- ~ starts with fruit juice, fresh fruit or fruit compote, natural yogurt and a choice of cereals
- ~ followed by free range egg, bacon, pork sausage, tomatoes, baked beans and mushrooms
- ~ accompanied by toast, (freshly baked organic wholemeal bread), home-made marmalade and choice of preserves
- ~ with Yorkshire Tea or cafetiere coffee from Taylors of Harrogate. We also offer a full range of fruit and herbal teas and decaffeinated coffee
All our ingredients are locally sourced as far as possible.
